As 2007 draws to a close, I would like to thank those of you who helped make this a viable place for fans of Tom Clancy.

Having not been a member of the A-B-T-C site or of other venues where his fans have gathered, I've had the pleasure of meeting each of you through your posts here. I must say, we have a very eclectic membership which often lends to great posts.

I'd like to thank each of you for making my role as Forum Manager a.k.a. "Admiral" an easy one. You've all shown patience when I am away from the computer for any period of time and haven't cleared the spammers from the member list... (The great thing is that while they can submit the request to join - they cannot post until they are approved.) I'm pleased to share that some 3000+ spammers have NOT been approved. I stopped saving and counting shortly after we reached that number. You have shown great support of each other through illness, fires, advancements and more. Seldom have I had to 'moderate' posts or comments and that is largely due to each of you wanting a clean site. Thank you.

Please join me in making this THE place for all Clancy Fans to want to be in 2008. . . Reach out to those still struggling to make sense through all the spam on other sites - let them know there's a clean site out there to come and enjoy open discussions. Invite your friends, co-workers and neighbors who enjoy a good read to come check it out. Continue to post your thoughts and comments regarding all things Clancy. Share your latest read while we wait for the next TC adventure.
